The Complete Meeting Package is all inclusive of the following items: 

• Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

  • Desktop LCD projector for SVGA Computer or video (3000 Lumens)

  • Multi-Deck combo (DVD/CD & VHS player)
    
  • Power Strip & 25’ AC extension
    
  • Flipchart stand with pad and 2 markers
    
  • Laser Pointer
    
  • Microphone (wired podium or lavaliere)
    
  • Audio Cassette Player/Recorder
    
  • 4 channel audio mixer for house sound system 
• Complimentary Wireless High-Speed Internet through the entire hotel 
• Gratuities for Bell staff, valet parking, housekeeping, unlimited local telephone calls, 800 and credit card access, daily newspaper delivery, in-room coffee, unlimited use of fitness center, heated swimming pool, tennis and volleyball facilities. 

All complete meeting package meals are served in our Windows Restaurant.  Private banquet rooms and alternative menu options are available, at an additional charge, upon request.  Any individuals attending any functions that are not overnight guests included in the CMP Package may purchase a Day Package Only rate or pay the a la carte price plus taxes and services charges.  

The Complete Meeting Package is subject to tax. 

Please note The Complete Meeting Package starts with dinner on the night of arrival and ends with pm break the day of departure.   Any meal functions prior to that would be a la carte.
